Customer's garage door is getting off track due to the rollers coming off or popping out. Likely due to damage to the track and bending.
We treated the bending in the track to ensure the metal wasn't misshapen and didn't force the rollers out of the track when the door moved. After checking all the rollers and replacing one that had become too worn, we lubricated all rollers and inserted the garage door back into the track. After completing a few test runs we verified the problem was indeed solved.
